Every parent in your shop is buying protection for their kids.
And the biggest fear is
Concussions. Here is what the market sells against it today, and the quiet decade of research shifting where real protection goes next.
What the market offers right now
Walk any sporting-goods aisle and every piece of it is real protection. The catch is that each one guards a different part of the head.
Protects: the skull
Helmets & padded caps
Riddell, Guardian Caps, soft shells
Cushion the outside of the skull. The brain still moves and rotates inside it.
Neck bands
like the Q-Collar
Aim to slow how much the brain shifts. Nothing to do with the jaw.
Protects: the teeth
Standard mouthguards
Shock Doctor, SISU, boil-and-bites
Protect the teeth. Nothing above the gumline.
The shift
A decade of studies kept prevailing at one place: the lower jaw.
Meet NeuroGuard+.
A custom lower-jaw guard, proven head-to-head against a standard shelf guard in independent 2026 testing.
Ten years of evidence
2026: NeuroGuard+ vs the standard shelf guard
An independent neurophysiologist ran them head to head. Sensors on the athletes, real impacts, brain testing before and after. NeuroGuard+ won on every measure that moved. The standard guard's rotational force actually went up.
Full 2026 report available to stocking retailers on request. Lab findings on impact force, field studies ongoing, and no mouthguard prevents concussions.
Already on the field
Not a concept. Already in athletes' mouths.
Youth football to the pros. Boxing to lacrosse. Shipped straight to athletes before a single store stocked it, and patented and independently tested along the way.
- Lower-jaw design. Holds the mandible near its natural resting position, the force path that reaches the brain.
- Nine colorways. Team orders, school colors, and easy shelf merchandising.
- One SKU to carry. No sizing wall, no boil-and-bite mess at the counter.
- Made in the USA. Real support behind every unit you sell.

More about us.
Meet the founder
A dentist who built this for his own son, not for a shelf.
Read his story →
I am a dentist, but that is not why I built this. I built it because I am a father. I spent years watching my son play tackle football every weekend, and every mouthguard I could buy him did the same thing. It protected his teeth. Not the part I actually lost sleep over.
So I made the one I wished existed, and then I gave it to real athletes and watched what happened.

Pearce AJ, independent final research report, July 2026 (controlled lab study, 22 adult athletes, 20-header protocol; about 20% lower mean linear force and about 27% lower mean rotational force versus a standard maxillary mouthguard; post-impact reaction time and cortical measures preserved). Concussion incidence: CDC HEADS UP. All findings are associative and lab-based, and no mouthguard prevents concussions.
